In principle, the important things are to bring the water to a boil, place the dried plants in infusion (directly in the water or with the help of a filter) and leave to infuse by covering the water for about 10 minutes.

Ginger and Cinnamon herbal tea

It is one of the relaxing herbal teas for anxiety with an unmistakable Christmas flavor. In fact, it is a perfect combination of the calming properties of cinnamon (preferably in sticks) and the disinfectant properties of ginger (better if cut into thin slices). The addition of cloves will not only give a particular aroma to the herbal tea, but it will also help you open the airways … goodbye to colds!

The best way to prepare this infusion is to boil these three ingredients in a saucepan for at least an hour. The really ‘smart’ thing about this drink is that it preserves its tranquilizing properties for 3-4 days, without the need for new sticks and nails: reheat it and enjoy it in the following evenings.

Rosemary and Sage herbal tea

We are used to thinking that these ingredients are only good with baked potatoes or with butter gnocchi, but in reality they hide tricks up their sleeves that should not be underestimated. Rosemary, in fact, is an excellent natural remedy for those light headaches that take hold of your brains at the end of the day. Our advice is to cut the leaves and twigs into small pieces, so that in the boiling water they release as much soul as possible. Boil for 20 minutes and when you feel that the aroma has become strong enough, turn off. Watch out for the rosemary sprigs: make sure they are very soft before drinking them!

Throw a few florets or seeds into the pot, even better if both. First the seeds and then, after ten minutes, a few pieces of cut fennel. We recommend cooking for an hour and a half… in the meantime, relax!

The best way to prepare this tea is to let the leaves boil for about 30 minutes and then add some currants. Let it boil for a few more minutes then drain the leaves (which do not have an appreciable flavor, despite the aroma). On the other hand, currant is a diuretic and stimulating fruit, as well as the perfect opening for a healthy snack!
